When you submit a financing application through our website or to our team, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may perform a soft credit inquiry (which does not impact your credit score) as part of the pre-qualification process. A hard credit inquiry may be required for final approval and will be disclosed to you before it is performed.

4. Equipment Sales

Equipment sales are governed by separate purchase agreements executed between the buyer and Jayma Qualified. These Terms do not replace or modify any executed purchase or financing agreement.
